Mature Woman Looking for a Room to Rent in the NE

Mature, quiet working woman looking for a room, prefer unfurnished, to rent in a non-smoking, non-party house in the NE, preferably but not limited to Whitehorn, Rundle, Marlborough, Temple or Pineridge. I don't smoke, drink, or do drugs of any kind. If there is extra storage space in the basement or a spare room for me to store some well organized totes, that would be great. Prefer a quiet household with only a few other occupants.
